Holden Brown

A software engineer with one foot in practice and one in verification.

I’m Holden Brown, an Iowa software engineer currently pursuing a master’s degree in Secure and Reliable Computing at Iowa State University.

For four semesters, I was a teaching assistant for Software Analysis and Verification for Safety and Security. That background shapes how I work: make the system understandable, test the important behavior, and be honest about the boundary of what has been verified.

My independent work ranges from websites and content systems to lightweight automation, software engineering, and carefully scoped security work.
